Tradeline Digital
Terms of Service
The general terms for using this website and discussing services with us.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Tradeline Digital website and to preliminary discussions about services provided by NICK PIPE & DRAIN LLC, operating publicly as Tradeline Digital. A written proposal, statement of work or service agreement may add terms for a specific project and will control if it conflicts with these general Terms.
Services
Tradeline Digital may provide website strategy, design, development, redesign, maintenance, hosting and domain-management assistance, SEO setup, online-presence setup and related digital services. The exact deliverables, timeline, price, revision limits, client responsibilities and launch conditions will be stated in the applicable written agreement.
Quotes and project approval
A quote or proposal is an invitation to discuss services and is not a binding commitment until accepted in writing. Work begins when both parties approve the scope and any required deposit or first payment has been received.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, lawful content, brand assets, account access and any licenses needed for materials supplied to us. The client must not provide passwords by email or through the quote form. Delays in content, access or approvals may change the timeline.
Payment and taxes
Fees, deposits, payment dates, taxes, recurring charges and accepted payment methods will be stated in the applicable agreement. We may pause work or suspend non-essential services when an undisputed invoice is overdue. Third-party costs, including domains, hosting, paid software, advertising and transaction fees, are the client’s responsibility unless the agreement states otherwise.
Changes and revisions
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change order, additional fee or revised timeline. We will communicate material changes before performing additional billable work.
Third-party services
Websites may depend on third-party services such as Netlify, FormSubmit, domain registrars, Google Business Profile, email providers, payment processors or software platforms. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, fees, outages or changes. We can assist with setup or management when included in the agreement but cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation.
Intellectual property
Unless the applicable agreement states otherwise, the client retains rights to materials the client supplied. Rights to final custom deliverables transfer or are licensed only as described in the applicable agreement and after required payments are complete. We retain rights to reusable methods, templates, code libraries, processes and know-how that are not unique to the client.
SEO and performance disclaimer
We may improve technical foundations, content structure and local-search setup, but no specific search ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue result or page-speed score is guaranteed. Search engines and third-party platforms make independent decisions and can change their systems without notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website or our services to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive or malicious content; violate another person’s privacy; interfere with a service; or attempt unauthorized access to any system.
Warranties and limitations
We will use reasonable care in delivering the agreed services. Except where prohibited by law, the website and general information are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Tradeline Digital is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for failures caused by client materials, third-party services, unauthorized changes or events outside our reasonable control.
Suspension and termination
Either party may request a pause or termination according to the applicable agreement. Termination does not remove the obligation to pay for approved work, completed work or non-refundable third-party costs. We may suspend work for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or missing client cooperation.
