Tradeline Digital
Refund & Cancellation Policy
A clear starting point for project and ongoing-care changes.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
This policy applies to services provided by NICK PIPE & DRAIN LLC, operating publicly as Tradeline Digital, unless a signed proposal, statement of work or care-plan agreement provides different terms. Any project-specific agreement controls for that project.
Project cancellations
A client may request a pause or cancellation in writing by emailing tradelinedigitalfl@gmail.com. The effective date is the date we receive the request, unless the written agreement states otherwise. We will confirm any remaining work, fees or handoff steps.
Deposits and completed work
Deposits reserve planning, production time or project capacity and may be applied to work completed through the cancellation date. Unless a written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, payments for completed work, approved milestones and non-refundable third-party costs are not refundable.
Scope changes and pauses
A material change in scope, extended client delay or project pause may require a revised schedule or fee. We will communicate the effect before resuming or performing additional work.
Care plans and recurring services
Optional monthly or annual care plans may be canceled according to the renewal and notice terms shown when the plan is purchased. Cancellation stops future service periods; it does not automatically refund a period already started or work already completed unless the plan agreement says so.
Third-party costs
Domain registrations, hosting, software subscriptions, advertising spend, payment-processing fees and other third-party costs may have separate refund and cancellation rules. Those amounts are subject to the relevant provider’s policy and may not be recoverable by Tradeline Digital.
Service issues
If you believe a deliverable or billing item does not match the written agreement, contact us promptly with the project name, date and specific concern. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct an agreed deliverable or discuss a reasonable remedy.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue. A chargeback does not cancel payment obligations for completed or approved work and may delay access to project files or services while the matter is reviewed.
